This highly depends on what you need and the solutions that will be implemented. At the beginning of each project, we will present you with how long we expect the project to run and what will happen at each step. Everything will be clear and transparent from the beginning.
As a general rule, no, but this depends. Different solutions will demand different levels of dedication from your team in different phases -initial information collection, solutions planning, training sessions… We will do as much as we can to minimize disturbances, but it’s always highly recommended that the business leadership be present.
Just like most professional projects, the cost will depend on what is executed, but we understand the needs and landscape of small businesses in Ontario, which makes us extremely mindful of costs and pricing. The majority of our projects will cost you less than a part-timer’s salary.
