I’m Italo, founder and senior business consultant at Andes Consulting.
The Andes is a South American behemoth and the longest continental mountain system in the world, extending across seven countries from Argentina to Venezuela. It houses the farthest point from the Earth’s centre and the world’s highest volcanoes. Despite presenting a huge challenge for the local populations, the mountain range protects the sub-continent and represents a home for a plethora of ancient and modern communities and their rich cultures, showing us that even the harshest conditions bring opportunities.
And Andes Consulting couldn’t be a traditional business management provider. We have lots of experience with making things work the conventional way, but we embrace (and love) innovation. We are tech-savvy, but we understand how big a role people play (and ever will) in an organization. We have a comprehensive, holistic view, but know how to focus on the details and the small cogs.

But Who’s Italo?
An engineer and college professor with 15+ years of experience building efficient, data-driven operations. I’ve helped 140+ organizations map workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and integrate practical tech so teams move faster with fewer errors, and have led 200+ projects across remote and in-person operations, from small local businesses to multi-national oil companies.
Having been born in a small town and knowing its challenges, and after all of this time and projects delivered, designing and leading operations in companies of all sizes and industries, I decided to found Andes Consulting to bring that level of structure and expertise to clinics, shops, trades, and local organizations across Ontario.
