I hold a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) and a Master of Science (M.Sc.), but my real education didn't happen in a classroom. It happened by scaling international companies and untangling massive operational bottlenecks from the inside out.
Throughout my career, I noticed a consistent problem: The consulting industry is broken. Companies pay massive retainers to traditional consultants who deliver beautiful, 50-page theoretical slide decks, present them to the board, and then walk away. The internal team is left staring at a PDF, with no idea how to actually configure the software or redesign the messy workflows required to make the strategy a reality.
